In addition to your KONG Club monthly box (was KONG Box) you are now part of the KONG Club and have access to the first personalized, vet-guided experience with 24/7 support to lower the risk of chronic illnesses, improve your pets well being, & reduce stress for both of you.
No. You do not need to register your pet again. Your pet profile will be transferred into your profile in the KONG Club app. You will receive an email asking you to download the app, login, and verify your information.
That’s great! You can log into your KONG club app using your KONG Box login credentials you can sign in to the app and create additional pet profiles. We want to be your go-to for all of your pet advice, so the more information we have on your pets, the better we can help you be the hero pet parent you are.
Soon you will have the ability to order more than one monthly box – so you can have one for every pet!
Your subscription has been automatically upgraded to KONG Club so you don’t have to worry about a change in service. Your pricing and previously selected cadence (monthly or every other month) will continue. Your current subscription selection will remain the same. Shortly, you will have the option to upgrade to a KONG Kit, a monthly subscription box that includes one rubber toy, one one personality toy, three treats, and one bonus item.
You do not need to upgrade to receive full benefits.
The founder of KONG is Joe Markham. The KONG story begins in 1970 with Joe and his beloved dog Fritz, who had some destructive chewing habits. After trying different toys and training with little success, Joe was fixing the suspension on a vehicle and threw out a snowman-shaped rubber part, which Fritz began to play with and chew. Other than destructive items like rocks and sticks, this was the first “toy” Fritz was interested in. Joe got the message, and the KONG Classic toy was born.
All rubber toys are manufactured at our facilities in the USA. The rest of our product line is produced across the world with a network of manufacturing partners.
Yes! Our first priority is making sure KONG toys are non-toxic and safe for your pet to enjoy. KONG toys and treats are tested for safety. Our rubber is all natural and our treats are manufactured in North America. Our products are made with FDA-approved materials and routinely tested for product safety.

This is a subscription box that comes with your KONG Club membership, full of toys and treats for your cat or dog. Each month features a new wellness theme and video tips from our Vet and Pet Coach team

Yes! If your pup doesn’t know their own chewing strength, then select the “Extreme Chewer” option. This will update the style of rubber toys in each box. We’ll carefully curate your KONG Club box to include durable toys for your chew-happy dog.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate allergies at this time. It is our goal to be able to customize your box to your pet’s allergy needs as we know this is crucial to your pet’s enjoyment of their boxes each month. We will communicate as soon as we have this capacity.
At this time, KONG Club is only available within the 50 states and Canada. It is not eligible for international shipping.
You can expect your KONG Kit to arrive between 5 and 10 days from the date your order is created.
Shipping is always free! Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take 15-20 days before arrival.
Billing occurs monthly on the same date you originally joined. We do not process the billing for the whole subscription agreement upfront.
We do not offer a box discount for multi-pet households. But you may add all your pets to the KONG Club app and use our 24/7 vet support and Personalized Pet Plans for them all at no extra cost to you!
No, we cannot add extra toys at this time. You will always receive a bonus item. Right now we our vets curate the monthly KONG Kit based on wellness building blocks and your pet’s age, and size
We do! We are so excited to offer KONG kits for your kitty. All you need to do is create their pet profile and select which subscription you’d love to treat them with.

If you are unhappy with your current subscription, we offer a single toy subscription at a lower price point. If you no longer wish to receive any toys, we have a maintenance fee of $24.99 that allows you to keep all of the benefits offered in the KONG Club app including your rainy day fund and any pet plans that are in progress.
